If your vessel is already registered with the UK Ship Register and you have created an online account, you can apply to update your address online.
If your vessel is already registered with the UKSR but you have not yet signed up online, you will first need to claim your vessel to allow you to manage your vessel registration online.
If the registered owner is incorporated you will need to provide official confirmation of the change of address, such as Certificate of Incorporation from Companies House.
To register a change of address via email or post, provide a copy of a signed letter from the owner confirming the new and address, if company owned letter must be on head paper or accompanied by Certificate of Incorporation.
There is no fee to register a change of address.
Once the change of address has been registered, the updated certificate of registry will be issued.
