Introducing our new Singapore based surveyor

05/12/2022 00:00:00 The MCA has appointed a new surveyor based in Singapore.  Bart Lubecki, a Senior Surveyor, arrived in Singapore this October.  Bart will already be known to some UK Flag customers; he has been with the MCA for several years and is an experienced surveyor having previously worked in the Liverpool Marine Office.

The RSS plays a pivotal role in organising who represents the Merchant Navy at the annual Service of Remembrance in Westminster Abbey, as well as who lays a wreath at the Cenotaph in London.
