Required Documents
In support of either application method, the following documents are required for Part III registration and can be obtained from this website through the links below. Once completed, they can be submitted on-line, by email, fax or post to the UK Ship Register - RSS in Cardiff at the above address.

All applications must be accompanied with the appropriate fee. A Certificate of Registry lasts for five years after which, if you wish to remain on the register you must renew the registration for a further five years by completing the application form as normal. A Part III UK Ship Register certificate should be accepted world-wide.
