If the craft is coming off a foreign register the deletion certificate and an extract of the appropriate register is required. Any documents used to support your application which are in a foreign language must be accompanied by a notarised translation and must be certified as correct by a Public Notary.
When you apply to register your craft you will have to make a list of nominated names. Every ships name must be unique. Unfortunately we can not check names over the telephone.
All applications must be accompanied with the appropriate fee. A Certificate of Registry lasts for five years after which, if you wish you can renew the registration for a further five years.
