David Jones - UKSR Deputy Director

The new deputy director of the UK Ship Register says he has a passion for maritime safety and quality shipping. David Jones joined the UKSR this week bringing over 25 years’ experience in the maritime sector to his new role. He will be working alongside director Doug Barrow, as part of his team raising the profile of the UK flag and attracting more owners and operators to it. He said: ‘I think I bring a certain skillset and passion to this role – I’m a maritime enthusiast and look forward to bringing all that to this role.’
